Phoned this company out of hours due to being locked out of our house. The man who answered the phone was so polite, and contacted the locksmith immediately. Within 20 minutes, Cameron came to our house and fixed the problem in seconds! Such a nice chap, easy to talk to, and so eager to help despite the odd time. He also made sure to take the extra steps needed to confirm that you definitely are the homeowner before starting the job. You could immediately notice that he was confident and skilled in his craft, made it look so easy. Competitively priced, and fast. Had an emergency call out on a Friday night. Lad was here in twenty minutes and sorted us out promptly and professionally at a very fair price. £115 for the OOH callout + cylinder change add on.
