Tony was just brilliant today. Arrived super-promptly to sort out the back door lock which needed a new cylinder. He stated the price from the start, and I felt this was very fair. The front door also had an issue which Tony kindly fixed for no charge. We had a good chat and he truly came over to me as a really decent honest guy for which nothing was too much trouble….THANK YOU!!

Tony was very prompt at diagnosing the issue we had with our balcony door mechanism. With ordering the parts, from identifying the issue to fixing and replacing the mechanism, all done within 4 days. Very reasonable pricing and fantastic service. Would recommend.
