Friendly, quick and efficient service to get a new car key fitted. Car was having battery issues so Steve helped ensure the car was up and running before leaving and lend us some jump leads for a few days

Steve was punctual polite and helpful : came and sorted a lock situation out - it turned out to be the door hinges - he was very generous and charged nothing for the visit - highly recommend- will use agin and refer if needed in future .

Had Steve round recently to fix our patio door where the lock was jammed. He really went out of his way to fix the door, which was quite tricky. Great service and a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Steve.

Absolutely fantastic service! The owner went above and beyond, spending a lot of time researching to find the right key code (not sure of the technical term here!), for a very old and quite problematic key, so a challenge, but I now have a new copy and it works perfectly. Previously, I had already tried for 4 months to get this sorted with other key cutters with no luck, so I was very lucky to find this shop. What a brilliant shop. Went in with a 1980s Chubb 5 lever deadlock with a badly cut key that jammed rather than unlocking and came away with a rekeyed fully functioning lock with three new keys within about 20 minutes. Definitely recommend if you have a lock problem.

Fantastic company would not hesitate to recommend. Quickly came out and changed the locks on my composite door. Really friendly staff at a reasonable price ! Staff were very knowledgable. I popped in to the shop and had some extra keys cut at a good price no issues.

Southern Lock & Safe were quick to our rescue when our UPVC back door wouldn't lock - posing us a massive security risk. Due to the replacement part not being readily available - they fixed a temporary lock and came back a few days later to finish the job off properly. Now the door is good as new and opens & closes with ease. Clive & the team were very polite & friendly and kept us up to speed throughout - even coming out on a weekend.

I had two key blanks - supplied by parts agent for the car make - that required to be cut from original keys for a classic 1950’s car. After trying several locksmiths I was pointed in the direction of Paul at The Locksmiths shop in Cheam. On first visit he discovered I’d been supplied with the incorrect blanks and advised I contact the original supplier to receive the correct blanks. Three days later I returned with the correct blanks and Paul cut them within 10 minutes - both a perfect fit to the ignition and door locks. An outstanding service with Paul’s knowledge ensuring the first set of incorrect key blanks were not used, saving me his initial cost to cut them plus the cost of the incorrect key blanks. So pleased overall with their service I’ve made a further enquiry to replace some locks at our house.

I get my keys done at this shop , the staff are very helpful and quick . I recommend to all who need a good locksmith .

Had a great experience with Rob and Roslin from Swift Locksmiths. We were having an issue with our front door not locking and reached out for their assistance, Rob was able to provide his expert opinion and arranged for his colleague Roslin to visit and help us out. Roslin arrived exactly when agreed and was able to replace a part to get us up and running again in under 30 minutes. He confirmed the costs of remediation works before commencing any replacements and had the necessary parts on hand to resolve the issue. I have no reservations recommending the reliable and efficient service they provide and whilst I hope to not need their services again anytime soon, if I do I know exactly who I’ll be reaching out to.
