Fantastic service ! I called in the morning and a little later that day I had two perfect keys (I’d broken the only key I had !). I didn’t even have to drive anywhere as Justin came to my work address. A main VW dealer told me I’d have to wait 7-10 days for keys to arrive and then book in to have them programmed. The locksmith arrived promptly even on a Sunday and quickly got us back into the house. Being a simple lockout with a key left inside the door their charge was very reasonable and the chap who came was very professional and gave good advice.

These guys are absolute professionals! Called them first thing in the morning as we were locked out of our house, with the key still in the lock from the inside. They arranged a locksmith to be on site within 2 hours and 15 mins later the door was open. No fuss and no mess! Communication was brilliant and payment was easy as well. Steve was great! Came to assist me with getting back into my property after locking the keys inside!!! He arrived within the time frame quoted (15 minutes!) and got me in within 5 minutes! It was such a relief and reasonably priced for a call out! 10/10.

Excellent service from Regan who skilfully repaired a UPVC fanlight window that wouldn’t close. This could have been a much more costly job had the whole window needed replacing which was a likely outcome had I used a glazing firm. Was in a bit of a bind with my patio doors, called in the morning and left a message and had a call back within an hour and they had a top notch tech Regan at my house by late afternoon and worked into the evening to repair my patio doors. Will definitely recommend and already planing a visit back for a few other repairs.

Excellent service, fast and efficient

The agent kept me informed as to his ETA which was great as he got diverted to an emergency. When he showed up, he was very professional and resolved the issue within minutes, which made the flat fee of £85+VAT seem a little steep. Overall I was happy with the experience. Would definitely use these guys again.
