I can absolutely see why there's the 5 star rating. We had a door which suddenly stopped locking (to be fair it had been stiff for some time). They were thorough covering multiple steps to resolve problems and absolutely went above and beyond. Issue resolved and the door feels way better than when it was installed. Very highly recommended.
