Had a nightmare with my porch door handle fell off / locked me out etc I got recommended a local locksmith called Ben and gave him a call Long story short He arrived within 30 minutes explained the problem and what caused it to break etc Provided a new lock and handle and fitted on site and re aligned my door fast and accurate and feels like a new door Couldn’t ask for a better locksmith Kind/polite/friendly very knowledgeable Would 100% be recommending if anyone has similar problems Can’t thank him enough cheers Ben 👍

What a great service! My front door lock was broken. Phoned up Authorised Access asking for assistance and was guided through some fault finding actions by Dave over the phone. As a result I avoided a call out charge and with Daves guidance was able to remove the faulty lock and take it into their shop for a replacement. It would have been easier and more profitable for them to have sent a locksmith (and they would have done had i struggled) but some good old fashioned customer service, free advice meant a saving of over £100. We had quite a number of windows which had issues from broken window locks which stopped me from open windows or locking them and to windows that did not close properly. Chris came over to give us a quote and fortunately he checked our other windows and found 4 more windows that had issues that needed to be fixed else we would have had to call him out again. He was really helpful and informative by giving us a quote which was really competitive and booking a day convenient for us. He was really quick at fixing them especially the ones that needed new hinges and providing helpful information in regards to maintaining the windows afterwards. I would recommend Chris to everyone and want to thank Chris for being so helpful and efficient.

Billy was polite, extremely helpful when I called and arrived in an hour as promised. He informed and showed me what was the problem and fitted a new cylinder and spring, and wiped the door clean of oil smear. The price was great as I was stressing it would be a fortune. I have added Billy....Locksmith to my contacts as I would definitely use him again!

Fantastic Service from start to finish. Messaged Billy regarding our patio door/lock being broken as well as our front door sticking, he provide an estimate for the jobs, which were reasonable and booked us in shortly after. Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. He took the damaged parts away, returning quickly and refitted the complex system efficiently and quickly. Billy then serviced our back door which had a similar system, in order to maintain our security and avoid a similar future situation. I was pleasantly shocked at the price quoted as it came a long way below what I was expecting. We used Adam because of a sticky back door that jammed when opening it. Adam assured us there wasn’t a problem with the locks it was the fact the doors weren’t aligned correctly. He quickly rectified the issue great work!! Highly recommend

Brilliant response time to a ‘locked myself out’ distress call. Whilst I was extremely stressed (had to leave him to pick my dog up from the groomers) he stayed calm and working. All sorted via drilling old lock and fitting a new one, within an hour: perfect!
