They came in 10 minutes and unlocked the door in 5 mins. Very honest person and didn’t take advantage of us in our time of need. Would use them again and highly recommend.

Fantastic! Jacques did a great job and went the extra mile to sort out our problematic door. He was incredibly generous with his time and at no point did I think 'how much?'. You won't be sold something you don't need. If he says you do need it, you definitely will! Very rare to find such an honest tradesman and a genuinely nice guy, too.

Jacques took the time to come to the house to inspect the lock and give me a quote. He was so approachable, competent, and friendly that I asked him to examine other locks. He provided a very reasonable quote. In the end, the work was more complex than anticipated, but he delivered a high-quality solution and billed me based on the initial quote. I thought this was particularly fair, considering he returned multiple times until it was perfect and spent considerable amount of time addressing all the snags, making the final invoice seem really reasonable. Overall, a brilliant experience.

I struggling to find anything negative about this service. Response time was less than 30 minutes, my lock was repaired by a highly knowledgeable locksmith who loves his work. My front door had super glue on all the screws so it was a real challenge to dismantle however they charge a fixed price for labour so the fact that it took more time didn't mean i paid more money. I needed a new locking gear which he ordered for me and only charged the true cost. The lock was replaced and works perfectly - no stress, great communication, such good value and great conversation! Highly recommended!
