Mentor Lock has been excellent. I have an elderly aunt who had lost the only key to a cupboard with the electricity/gas meters. Communication to set up a date to replace the lock was very quick. On the agreed day, Lee telephoned about 15-30 minutes before the arrival of the locksmith to make sure everything was still ok. Locksmith, Andy, arrived on time and completed the work really quickly. Payment over the phone was easy, with a receipt sent straight away by email. Lee and Andy were lovely. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I cannot recommend Lee enough ! He is kind and helpful and so nice even when you’ve done something stupid like I did! He is so friendly and absolutely does not rip you off like some of these people out there . If you have any needs I highly recommend brilliant

Absolutely fantastic service! The owner went above and beyond, spending a lot of time researching to find the right key code (not sure of the technical term here!), for a very old and quite problematic key, so a challenge, but I now have a new copy and it works perfectly. Previously, I had already tried for 4 months to get this sorted with other key cutters with no luck, so I was very lucky to find this shop. Brilliant top notch service from start to finish. Needed a door unlocked quite urgently and Lee couldn’t have been more helpful. A locksmith was with us in minutes! You won’t get better customer service anywhere. Highly recommend

What a brilliant shop. Went in with a 1980s Chubb 5 lever deadlock with a badly cut key that jammed rather than unlocking and came away with a rekeyed fully functioning lock with three new keys within about 20 minutes. Definitely recommend if you have a lock problem.
