Excellent service from Regan who skilfully repaired a UPVC fanlight window that wouldn’t close. This could have been a much more costly job had the whole window needed replacing which was a likely outcome had I used a glazing firm. I was provided a brilliant service by this company. I managed to lock myself out of my flat as I’d (stupidly) left my keys indoors. Knox Locks were at my place and sorted the problem out within 45 minutes of my initial call to them. Which I thought was superb. Regan was very professional, incredibly quick to sort the problem out, and I was over the moon to get access again so sharply. I can highly recommend this service - it was great and saved the day!

Regan answered a very panicked call from a borrowed mobile after i locked myself out with no phone, socks or jacket on!
