Called Simon as our patio doors were no longer opening - Simon came round within the hour, surveyed the situation and then due to not having the necessary part in stock, ordered the item that evening (after having checked with me on the cost). He was back within a couple of days taking considerable care not to damage our timber patio doors and managed to get the doors open and the new gear box installed (no easy feat considering that scaffold restricted the doors from fully opening) He is an extremely courteous man and takes great care in what he does. What a lovely man Simon is! He came to our rescue to fix our front door in Finchley. He is the pinnacle of a top old school tradesman in London. He was very honest, respectful and reliable. Simon actually saved us money by ordering parts which didn't need changing in the end and took them back to keep the costs as fair as possible. I initially called Legend Locksmiths to help adjust my front composite door, which was troubling us for some time. Simon was a gentleman, very polite, on time and very respectful. He took his time completing the work with due care and caution. His prices were also very reasonable compared to other quotations. I was so happy with Simon's work that he also replaced a separate upvc condensed window and lock. He regularly kept me up to date on the status of parts from suppliers.
