I was surprised (and impressed!) to receive a reply the same evening shortly after I had filled in the contact form. I was waiting for someone to change the door handle. I found emergency locksmith number and called them in the morning. I gave brief description and pictures of the door handle. It was easy communication through out the whole process. I've been given the time slot on the same day which I was very happy. Josh came around 1:30 and job was done within 30 mins. He changed the handle then done some maintenance to the lock. Josh is polite and absolutely wonderful with his job. Definitely recommended.
