I had a smart lock which went wrong within the year’s guarantee period. The shop sent out the replacement lock a few days later. The delivery company came when I wasn’t there, so the lock got sent back. When I spoke to the company they were very accommodating and used another company to send the lock out again. This time the lock was delivered the next day. So the company did go out of their way to get things sorted out. Much appreciated.

Excellent service friendly staff. Highly recommended. From a simple key cut to the occasional lock outside of your house I highly recommend them. The best thing about them is that they have a fair amount of stock on locks and not only which takes any headache away if you ever need a replacement part 😊😊😊😊

Called them to open up a door whose key had broken. They were responsive, arrived very quickly and provided great value for money. Also, the locksmith was courteous and efficient. Great, Cheers!

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you Alex in All Time Locksmith, who within a day of me going in with a car key issue, was able to offer me the best advice for my problem instead of charging me through the roof for a whole new key fob.
