Really impressed by the speed and service I received! After having my bag stolen last night with my keys inside, I was locked out of my bedroom. I rang BMS and someone was over within 15 mins which for a Sunday morning was above and beyond what I was expecting. Such a reasonable cost too - highly recommend for emergencies!!

Arrived in ten minutes when I had locked myself out of my flat. Great, straightforward service! And fantastic rate, thought I was going to have to pay over a hundred, luckily not!

After getting locked out, the operator immediately dispatched the locksmith who arrived within 15 minutes and was able to quickly get the door open. The locksmith, Nick, was very knowledgeable, and explained the lockout, how to avoid getting locked out, as well as some safety advice. Excellent and affordable service, much better than franchise locksmiths. Highly recommended.

Geoff came out to let us into the flat when the main lock had failed. Fantastic service, really friendly and was very thorough. Would recommend to anyone in need of an emergency locksmith! With so many scam locksmiths out there in London it was such a relief to find someone trustworthy and reliable.

Geoff was extremely friendly and efficient at fixing not only our original call-out issue, but a secondary longstanding issue of a broken off key in our MaxLight sliding door. A previous locksmith had told us we would need to completely remove the door to get the key out, but Geoff got it out in no more than a minute! Would definitely use again in the future.

After an attempted break-in which badly damaged my front door, I feel I was very fortunate to find ASL (by googling). They very quickly replaced the door with a much stronger one with all required locks, hinge bolts etc and at a price that the insurer’s loss adjusters found to be reasonable. They were very friendly and helpful, as I had absolutely no experience of dealing with a damaged front door. Really appreciated!

Spent several hours on a Monday morning looking for my car keys to no avail. Couldn’t risk not getting to work again so contacted auto locksmith.
