The lock on my back door wasn't working and i was leaving the country in two days. I was in a bit of a panic. I sent the firm photos of the doors, locks and hinges. They came round within 2 hours. It took them 45 minutes to repair and it is working better than ever. The guy doing the work was five star pleasant. Only drawback is that it was a little pricey but I did know that in advance

Super friendly and helpful service! Our front door key snapped off in the lock, which I took into the shop. Explained that our house was basically unprotected while I had the lock with me and was attended to very fast!

I have had two brilliant experiences with this business. Once when we were victims of a burglary and they came quickly to fix our door and add a new lock. Amazing and so understanding and also very reassuring after what was such a scary experience. Secondly, Rob just helped me over the phone- for free- to fix my window which wasn’t closing. I am always grateful for their genuine care and personable treatment. I’ve lived here for 12 years and I’ll always use these guys for all issues that may arise. Thank you Rob and the rest of you! I really can't recommend these guys enough. I called on the Thursday afternoon needing the locks changed on my new house and was booked in immediately for the Friday lunchtime. Rob arrived exactly on time, did a great job and was so friendly and helpful. He also gave me loads of tips on home security which were much appreciated. I won't hesitate to call them next time I need a lock changed.

Thank you so much to the two lovely staff at G K Locksmith who helped my daughter this afternoon. The clasp on her gold chain necklace had been jammed tightly closed and, despite many attempts, we had been unable to prise it open. My daughter has had keys cut at G K in the past, and they’ve always done a great job, so on a whim, we ducked in there to see if they could help with the recalcitrant clasp! The gentleman and lady in the shop couldn't have been nicer and, within minutes, they'd manoeuvred the clasp open. This was a big relief, as my daughter is getting married tomorrow and will be wearing a different necklace! The staff refused to take any payment either - they were such lovely people. So glad we popped in. 凸
