He realigned a knackered door for me which admittedly was not straightforward and by no means a '5 minute job'. Superb service from the point of answering my call through to handing over the new keys once the job had been completed. Arrived incredibly quickly, given I had not booked in advance, and completed the job very promptly without compromising on quality. Excellent and quick service! Despite needing assistance on the evening of New Years Day, a locksmith was with me in 30minutes. I phoned up to explain the issue, and a plan of action was discussed (quoted prices included), then the locksmith came to carry out the plan we’d agreed. Friendly and knowledgeable guy who helped me retrieve my keys. Good price, especially as it was a bank holiday! Can’t recommend this company enough.

Fantastic key cutting service! Needed a copy for my car key half a year ago. It was done very quickly for a good price. The colleague was very quick to reply to messages and even went out of his way to figure out why my remote key was not working. Very polite and helpful people. Will definitely be back once the remaining remote key dies.
