I called City of London Locksmith out to deal with a problem lock on my front door, talked him through the problem and he very generously said 'I think all your need is to spray WD40 in the lock', which I did and the lock works perfectly. This locksmith did himself out of a job by giving me free advice that worked, saying that he did not feel right coming out and charging me for a simple job. A huge thankyou. Graham, E1W
