I just want to say what a fantastic service from Ivano Legal. He’s had the same broom for 32 years it’s had 12 different heads and 6 different handles. He’s talent for customer service is top class stuff if you want it Ivano is the man 💪🏻👷🗒️ but never drink he’s tea it’s dreadful.

Lake has been extremely professional and helpful. He was proactive and sorted a tricky situation within minutes. Highly recommend! Thank you Lake

Just ended another happy visit at Franchi KT. The people there really deliver: friendly, laconic and knowledgable services the manager (I think) has been there for years and he truly makes the place. I’m not a stick in the mud, but it really does make me happy when I encounter a few ‘classic’ constants like this in my life. Thank you. I’ll be back.
