My elderly neighbour had a break in. She kept the only existing key to the back door lock in a jar which had been taken. An unbelievably helpful and understanding chap in the Holloway branch called Michael, I believe, went the extra mile to turn the lock, cut 2 x keys, AND polish the brass lock in the process . This was all completed within a couple hours so that it could be re-installed within a couple of hours so that my neighbour would feel safe again. Truly fabulous service. Thank you so much.

Everyone was very helpful at the store. Went in with a broken lock and wasn’t sure if it could be fixed, rather than just selling me a new lock they worked out the issue, had the replacement part in stock and fixed the lock in 15 minutes for a fraction of the cost.
