Needed a new car key and the service was excellent. Took around an hour but in that time two keys were cut and coded and also tested on my behalf. I told them where the car was parked and they were able to find it and check all was ok. Highly recommended

Just got to give a shout out for Homeguard as they were brilliant. Had a problem with my remote car fob and originally thought it a battery problem, every time a new one was put in it drained almost immediately. Such nice guys there genuine, honest and friendly and know their stuff. It was clear electric circuit board in key fob casing was damaged. I must have returned to the shop 3 or 4 times because battery had run down...again. Darren was the guy who sorted me, a really nice guy. Though both me and him wanted to avoid the expensive route of new fob, key and re-programming because of expense, that's what had to be done in the end as there was no choice and I wanted it sorted. Once I told Darren I wanted it doing he got it sorted, Great guy as I said and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for any lock, key, security controlled issue...Many thanks. I had great experience with Homeguard Lock Service from start to finish fast communication. Very reasonable pricing and no hidden costs. Paul sorted a lock out for me and resolved my issue. He was very professional and polite. Will definately be using this company again for any other problems.

I walked in this morning with a broken key and the young lad cut a new one within a couple of minutes, albeit warning me that it may or may not work. I returned home and tried it with trepidation but was so happy when the lock responded smoothly and without a hitch. So pleased with the service and amazingly at a very reasonable cost.
