Had a problem with a roller shutter first thing in the morning. Called them, and they were with me within 15 minutes. Drilled out the lock and got it working within 10 minutes. Spent another 10 minutes helping realign the shutter. Above and beyond. Excellent service, really nice guy. Very highly recommended

Honestly one of the best tradespeople I have worked with. I called Claude on a Saturday afternoon and he told me he had time to pop round in 15 minutes! Upon arrival, he fixed my door lock immediately, had all the parts with him, gave sensible advice regarding which lock would be best and worked quickly and efficiently. Very impressed.

When we locked out from our flat, other locksmith tends to break the whole lock and ask for ridiculous amount of price. However, Big C is so proficient, quick and didnt do any unnecessary damage to our door. Five stars service for sure.
