I had an emergency locksmith problem today which concerned my not being able to get out of shared main door and my neighbour unable to get in. Called Mike out for UPVC front door that would not open. He was transparent about all costs when I called to enquire. Price was very reasonable for what I considered an emergency call out. He arrived quickly and sorted the problem, ensuring that he had done a thorough job. Mike even went as far as sorting my side entrance door as well for me as a gesture of kindness, this was very much appreciated. Huge thank you! The service I received was impeccable. I moved into a new flat where the front door was impossible to lock and unlock. East End Locks took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and I couldn’t be happier with the result! Also helps they were incredibly lovely too!
