Big thanks to Dr Alonso and the team at Wolfe Vets. We were booked in quickly for the following day, and received prompt action and helpful insights at our appointment. Dr Alonso was calm and reassuring. Highly recommend!

I have to start by saying that I was not a regular Wolfe Vets clients, so I cannot speak of their regular services. However, I am very lucky to have them around 2mins away from my house. My beloved dog very quickly went from being a bit down, to suddenly beginning to leave us (he had a mast cell tumour) As luck has it, my regular vet, with whom I had a plan in place for this moment, was on holiday, so I needed to either find someone at our practice who could come home or elsewhere. I showed up as soon as they were opening to ask if someone could come over to help my dog cross over. I got a call back straight away saying they would, exactly at the time I needed it to be. Although it was probably the worst circumstances to meet someone, Dr. Alonso was incredibly kind and compassionate. He and I believe it was nurse Alice arrived promptly, prepped Bruno with care and explained everything, giving me enough time as I wished to say good bye. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the extortionate price for this (over £400) My initial vet had quoted £130 for an at-home euthanasia visit, and even the mobile vets out of hours fee is around £360 for a dog my size. Had I known this ahead of time, I would have done so in the middle of the night to avoid further suffering to my dog rather than wait until opening hours. Beyond that, know that the team at Wolfe’s is kind, compassionate and prompt to act.

Wonderful vet practice with fantastic facilities and lovely vets. I was referred to Wolfe Vets when my Dog had mysterious symptoms and was in a lot of discomfort suddenly, they brought him in immediately and set to work with tests and treatment to figure out what was wrong. Alonso was fantastic at explaining each step of the process and what it all meant, calling me with regular updates throughout. Claudia even called me through the night and first thing in the morning from the night shift to also update me which was amazing. My dog is usually fairly nervous aggressive in such situations, but the team were so lovely and put him at ease that he was really happy and well behaved. He responded well and quickly to the treatment provided - thank you so much to the team!

Impressive care and attention for my Charlie and great emergency services. Have been going to Wolfe in Chiswick since they opened and the Fulham emergency clinic is top notch. Recently Charlie stole spaghetti and chicken bones and was very ill, but the vet was able to recommend a treatment to rapidly get rid of the dangerous bones and he recovered swiftly.

My sweet kitten Reign had a tear gland situation pop up (literally) in his eye randomly one day, which obviously sent me into a total panic. The entire team at VV Brook Green were so quick to accommodate us, check him and fix everything. I was incredibly impressed at how nice everyone was, even Reign started purring the minute we arrived which calmed me down too. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’re so lucky to have you guys in our community 🤍 Reign and I love you!!!

Kerri-Ann at Village Vet in Brook Green is absolutely AMAZING! Very professional, yet so caring, kind and supportive! Our new puppy was unwell on a Saturday morning, and Kerri-Ann arranged for us to be seen urgently by the doctor. She walked an extra mile to help us by arranging further care at a local hospital. She is so knowledgeable, experienced, and she genuinely loves animals. I am very fortunate to have met her at such a difficult time. Thank you Kerri-Ann and Rania for your ongoing support. Kerri-anne, Jasmine and the whole Vet team are amazing. Always do lovely and friendly when I visit with my dog and you can tell they really care about the animals. Would recommended in a heartbeat.

My fiancé and I are so happy with Village Vet in Brook Green. We recently took in a lovely cat who has been looked after so well by the whole team at the practice whenever she has had an appointment. One time on my way back from work I dropped into the practice to ask for advice because our cat was feeling unwell, and Kerri-ann gave me so many tips and really cared about helping, even though we hadn't booked an appointment for that day. There are also far shorter waiting times than at any other vet I have been to, and the practice is bright and modern with a really comfortable feeling to it.

I recently took my pet to Roundwood Vets, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided. From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making both my pet and I feel at ease. The clinic has a warm, comfortable atmosphere that immediately made me feel confident that my pet was in good hands.

Sadly our cat Alison had to be put down and we opted for a home visit. The whole process was very supportive and the vet Dr Clark really put everyone at ease. Although a very sad moment, I’m glad we choose Roundwood, many thanks to the team

All three of my cats are seen at this vet practice. The staff are welcoming kind and friendly, very helpful too! My cat recently hurt his leg was infected, I called in the morning was offered an appointment in the afternoon my cat was seen on time and we were back home in half an hour! Exceptional service, so glad the practice is 5 mins away from my house☺️

Dr. Jo is by far a phenomenal vet. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my dog and she’s shown compassion and professionalism. All the staff are lovely too, I’ve moved home in the past year and couldn’t bear to change vets!

Mina is the best vet in London! She doesn’t do this for money but really helping the animals! 😍 For the rest of the local vets our friends are simply a business but not for her! We visited her with my Spooky for his vaccinations, neutering and other issues and she was always ready to book and seen us soon even though she is extremely busy! Thank you!

From the moment we brought Benji home, Pet People has been our go-to. I was searching for an independent vet, and their personalized care is truly outstanding. Thank you so much for make us feel relaxed and giving us the time, space and attention through Hendrix's procedure.Him being a sharpei always make me anxious at vets but since we stepped into the surgery this morning we have been plesently surprised.The team has shown so much care , efficiency and love next to the bonus which is the lower cost than expected I cannot recommend them enough. For transparency, I am associated with Pet People, as I work closely with them as a canine behaviourist, with surgeries out of their Richmond branch one day a week. But I just have to comment after a brilliant appointment today. Firstly, it’s fantastic to be able to have appointments on a Sunday, and at the same prices as any other time. It has really taken a weight off my mind to have seen a vet today and got tests done- and I should get results today too! The whole team, Customer Care Advisor, Tom, Vet, Amy, and Nurse, Lauren were thorough whilst being thoughtful and kind with me and my dog. They walked the talk about making the experience as fear free for my dog as possible, really taking my thoughts on board about how she would best be handled. When you’ve had a tough, emotional week with your dog’s health, a listening, kind, open-minded, professional vet makes all the difference to how you feel. It’s incredible to get blood test results the same day, on a Sunday too, and beyond what I was expecting.

I would happily recommend Pet People to you. Ian and the whole team went above and beyond to take care of our little ferret Squashie. They had the most friendly reception team we have dealt with to book her in and greet us. Our vet, Ian, took the time to explain the pathology and care options available to us. We felt reassured and comforted by his approach. The tech and equipment on site is impressive, with their own CT scanner. We were walked through the initial findings within an hour of her consult.

Dr Carmichael is such a sweet and kind vet and has so much knowledge and love for the animals. Apart from taking care of our cat so well they were very sweet to take an injured pigeon I found and made sure it has fully recovered and able to be release outdoors again. A beautiful example of the passion they have for what they do and I couldn't recomend it more!

Absolutely amazing service, care, and professionalism from vet Agnes at Addison Clinic. I was absolutely stressed with an injury to our family pet dog and Agnes was sensational in calming me down and treating our pet dog. I cannot recommend Agnes enough! Despite now having to travel from outside of London (20km+) I will not go to another vet. Should you need a vet...Agnes is the only choice.

This vet takes things to the next level—they truly care about their customers. I was having issues with my pet travel documents, and Sarah immediately stepped in to fix it for me. She made me feel at ease with her ability to take charge and ensure I was able to travel on time. Her execution was flawless—honestly, I’m not sure what I would have done without her. 🤩

Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. We’ve been with this vet for over two years now, and it’s hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever visited. Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vet is amazing—always happy to help and genuinely caring about the animals. We’re so grateful to have found them!

Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

I have been to quite a few different veterinary surgeries due to moving houses. This one is honestly the best by far! I am so pleased with how everyone dealt with my extremely anxious 19 year old Chihuahua. I was also very anxious as she was due to undergo an op. The vet Alan was very informative, very caring and certainly very knowledgeable. He tailored everything from start to finish to help ease my anxiety and make sure that the op was carried out with endless precautions and great care. All the nurses and the reception staff at this place are extremely understanding, caring and always provide excellent customer service. Highly recommended. My Chico is already recovering and seems very happy. ❤️

I am so impressed with creature comforts. We discovered a lump on saturday, and it was tested and taken out within a week. It turned out to be mammary cancer, and the quick turnaround of the vets (particularly Dr Sam, who is brilliant) was so efficient. I always worry about my dog, especially if we find a lump, so the fact that they sorted it so quickly turned a very stressful week into a relieved one. Thank you Savannah at reception as well for getting us in for a same day appointment! Couldn’t recommend this vet more. The communication is also excellent.

A wonderful clinic with friendly staff who were able to quickly get all of my 3 cats vaccinated. I appreciated not having to have to register every little detail online. It was easy and the vet surgeon Clio was excellent with my cats. Highly recommended

I had the absolute pleasure of coming here today. Becky and David were absolutely amazing. I couldn't have asked for more help. I was offered a coffee when I arrived and they were both friendly and we ended up having quite a laugh. My girl Morticia was treated very well and was super relaxed. Amazing prices and I was given a lot of information by David and things were explained. Becky was also lovely and chatted to me before my appointment (I asked to be seen early and this was accommodated) my girl wasn't stressed at all and is happily sleeping on the sofa. Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

My dog Rudy has been a loyal customer of this vet for 2 years. Everyone at Triage Vets is very friendly, considerate and personable. From before we get our puppy, the guidance on vaccination, to his food diet, and other minor ailments luckily, Dr K and Hina are very helpful in explaining the reasoning behind in a simple way for pet parents. We would highly recommend this vet to everyone!

I cannot praise Triage Vets enough. The vet is exceptionally knowledgeable and clever and never fails to return my pets to good health. The receptionists are fantastic too and give their customers a truly efficient, friendly and personal service.

This practice is the dime of Mill Hill. I moved into this area recently and decided upon Triage vet because of the great reviews. I am so deeply grateful that I came across this practice. From the moment I registered, I noticed I made a good decision. Admin staff gave me a call to check whether there is anything I needed and prompted me to register a first appointment. I had my first appointment with Dr Kfir. He is the the kindest vet I have ever met. His bedside manner is exceptional and he handled my cat Leelah extremely well. This was the first time I’d ever taken her to the vet and she hadn’t pooed or weed! Dr Kfir paid attention to her mental health and we made a plan for her anxiety and vocalisation at night. I feel in such safe hands and actually look forward to future visits.

I took these two, Luna and Monet for their 3 months vaccination and check up. The service was excellent. The receptionist was lovely abd very friendly. Definitely recommended.

The level of care and attention at Village Vet Brackenbury was outstanding. From the very beginning, the process for my dog to be neutered was easy and extremely efficient. I was very worried about it all and how my dog would react to the procedure. All the staff involved did everything they could to accommodate him to ensure he was comfortable, which I really appreciated. We got a call before to make sure everything was OK and we had followed the instructions given before the procedure, which, again, shows the level of care and attention. On the day of the procedure, they made us feel safe and really went out of their way to make sure we understood clearly what was happening. The procedure was performed magnificently, and my dog, because of the staff at Village Pet, is making a speedy recovery with no complications. The after care has been great, and I could not be happier about everything. They operate with a level of care and efficiency which is ideal for anyone with a busy work schedule but a pet that needs treating. I'd like to thank Kelly and Dr. Lucija for thier treatment of my dog and the receptionist who helped with some paperwork afterwards.
