I had gone in to see the vet for a recurring blood blister and happened to mention the groomers thought my dog had âa couple wobbly teethâ. Upon closer inspection, Paloma confirmed severe dental decay and infection and performed emergency dental extraction of 13 teeth! My dog is 12 and behaving like a puppy again. I had no idea how her teeth impacted her health and highly recommend Grove Park vets to give your dog a proper and safe dental check. I also would not recommend the teeth brushing at the groomers as they may be scraping off enamel for the teeth to look clean while ignoring the decay and disease behind the teeth. Thank you again Paloma and team! Iâm positive you added years to my dogâs life.

The team here is absolutely wonderful! Everyone was incredibly kind, supportive, and professional throughout the process of preparing my cat for travel abroad. A special shoutout to Paloma, who went above and beyond to make everything seamless. I canât recommend this place enough!

Absolutely brilliant experience with the lovely people at Wolfe. My little baby (miniature Schnauzer) Have been sick with blood present in it, I rushed her to Wolfe And they were incredibly reassuring, knowledgeable, professional and they made me feel much more relaxed about the situation. My dog was with them for two days and they took great care of her. Doctor Alonso Whatâs the person We spoke with the most. He was absolutely lovely. My dog has been recovering well all thanks to the lovely people here. It is a very impressive vet hospital, they have great communication from the moment you get there and they want nothing other than the best for your pet.

Very happy to recommend Wolfe vets to anyone. Our dog suffers from an immune disorder so we are unfortunately needing more visits to the vets than average! Despite seemingly high staff turnover, the level of care has remained consistently very high and I never have to worry about booking with a certain vet as they keep meticulous records and make sure they are up to date before you even walk in to an appointment. Owning a dog made of paper can be really stressful but if I have to leave him for surgery or an overnight stay I always leave knowing heâs in the best hands possible.

We had our first appointment with our recently rehomed cat today. Prior to this I had called and spoken to reception twice who were super helpful both times, I was a bit confused about our cats vaccine history and they really went above and beyond to check it over with a vet for us. We saw Nina today who was wonderful and provided us with advice, answered our questions as well as checked over our cat who was quite nervous but Nina was great with her. The Wolfe pack membership is an excellent option and we are really happy to have found such a lovely vets. Thank you!!â¨

Game changer for reactive pets! The staff here are clearly passionate about their job, and so understanding of individual circumstances. When I adopted my large reactive senior rescue, I was told he could only go to the vet muzzled and fully sedated, so he hadnât seen the vet in years. The staff here have been so patient with my dog, listening to my instructions on how to interact with him and letting us come in any time we want just to say hi - now my dog tries to drag us over to the office during every walk! Heâs never even been able to take treats from strangers before! The office is very calming, with front doors that auto-lock so there are no sudden surprises to spook reactive pets, and coffee for you and treats/toys for your dog while you wait. This place has only been open a month, but so far I am incredibly impressed with both the environment and the staff!

A really great vet practice! Through the live chat, we were able to make a last minute, evening appointment really quickly. Once at the vet, the clinic is so lovely and calming and Vet Penny very friendly, helpful and reassuring. Highly recommend!

The clinic opened today so I took my 14 year old cat for her initial consultation. We had such a wonderful experience (was offered coffee and a cupcake on arrival) and was taken into the consultation room. My cat was treated with so much respect and the vet (unfortunately I forgot to ask for her name!) had such a lovely attitude towards her. My cat was so comfortable the entire time (even during her vaccination) and enjoyed the head scratches and pets. She was even calmer on the way back home. The vet patiently answered all of my questions in a very friendly and informative way. This is such a lovely place!

Itâs great to have such an amazing vet practice so close to home. Rania, the vet is amazing with Tia, my 20 year old cat! She is always so pleased to see her and is extra gentle when handling herđť All the staff are great and I would not go anywhere else! đââŹđť

This vet practice is brilliant. I always feel like the vet genuinely cares about animals. She's great with the chaos of my 3 dogs, and I always leave fully understanding what I need to do treatment wise. Just wish I could have a whole year where 1 of my dogs didn't need to see a vet, but that's what I get with 1 old dog and one drama queen dog.

I canât recommend Village Vet in Chiswick enough! My dog, Cookie, has always been exceptionally well cared for by the entire team. After having some truly awful experiences with other clinics in the past, finding Village Vet has been a blessing. From the friendly reception staff to the dedicated nurses, and especially the amazing Rania, I have complete trust in their love and care for my furry baby. Even after moving away from Chiswick, I continue to bring Cookie back for any issues, no matter how âminorâ I might think they are. Donât be swayed by some of the fancier clinics that seem more focused on your wallet than on genuine care. Village Pet truly stands out for their compassion and commitment to your petâs well-being. Thank you, Village Vet, for everything you do!

My dog is a patient at the Ealing branch, but on a couple of occasions we've been referred to the Chiswick one instead and on both situations we've come away feeling extremely grateful. The the vets, surgeons, nurses and receptionists at this practice are truly knowledgeable and extremely kind and patient. From making you a lovely cup of tea to explaining costs in great details, nothing is ever too much for them. We've very lucky to be local to them.

Young vets spayed my cat yesterday and they were absolutely amazing. From the consultation explaining my cats other conditions to answering my concerns in a patient and friendly manner left me feeling comforted and well informed. The receptionists and Victoria the vet were brilliant. The procedure went extremely well and I am so grateful to you guys. A great team! Thank you from me and Mimi.

My golden doggyâs vet is Clara. Clara is incredibly professional, friendly, demonstrating exceptional care and expertise. Her positive and genuine interest in dogs create a welcoming atmosphere. She examines every detail, ensuring thorough and attentive treatment. The reception staff's friendliness is a bonus, making each visit pleasant. The monthly subscription plan adds convenience to our vet visits. My dog happily goes to the vet with no fear and no rejection.
