Dr K is the best vet, who listens to every single query patiently and suggests the best approach. Overall its the best place and my cat has never been dramatic here as she was at the previous vets.

I can’t thank the team enough for their incredible care and professionalism. Dr. K is truly amazing—he genuinely cares and takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how many I have. My dog absolutely loves Dr. K too, which says so much about how kind and gentle he is. The entire team is so polite, kind, and caring. Their dedication and compassion make all the difference, and I am beyond grateful for everything they do. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

My dog Rudy has been a loyal customer of this vet for 2 years. Everyone at Triage Vets is very friendly, considerate and personable. From before we get our puppy, the guidance on vaccination, to his food diet, and other minor ailments luckily, Dr K and Hina are very helpful in explaining the reasoning behind in a simple way for pet parents. We would highly recommend this vet to everyone!

Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. Biggest hug from Ricki & Holly and triple licks from Lottie, Ziggy and Toggles 20 out of 10 you are the best x

I have visited twice recently with my cat Geir. Both times we got an appointment at short notice and the reception team was very friendly and professional. We've seen Carla and she's a lovely vet - takes time to listen and discuss options and is very kind and caring when handling Geir.

Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

We’ve been with this vet for over two years now, and it’s hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever visited. Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vet is amazing—always happy to help and genuinely caring about the animals. We’re so grateful to have found them!

I had gone in to see the vet for a recurring blood blister and happened to mention the groomers thought my dog had “a couple wobbly teeth”. Upon closer inspection, Paloma confirmed severe dental decay and infection and performed emergency dental extraction of 13 teeth! My dog is 12 and behaving like a puppy again. I had no idea how her teeth impacted her health and highly recommend Grove Park vets to give your dog a proper and safe dental check. I also would not recommend the teeth brushing at the groomers as they may be scraping off enamel for the teeth to look clean while ignoring the decay and disease behind the teeth. Thank you again Paloma and team! I’m positive you added years to my dog’s life.

One of the loveliest vets I've ever been to. They were able to fit us in last minute after another practice cancelled. They were really accommodating and professional. All the staff are so lovely. Melanie, the lady on the front desk created a really welcoming atmosphere in the waiting area. The vets listened and made me feel reassured that my rabbit was in safe hands. The best communication and follow up care I've ever experienced for an animal after a procedure. Could not recommend enough! I travel 1 hour 20 minutes to get here because they're worth it.

I recommend Village Vet - Queen’s Park. There was an issue with their supplier and I could not get my dog’s medication refilled in time. It is a life-saving med and they went above and beyond to help me, calling all of the Village Vet clinics in London. When that didn’t work, they tried calling another client taking the same med. It worked and I was able to have a couple days’ supply until the new shipment could come in. I really felt they cared about my dog and they didn’t give up trying to find a solution. Thank you, Village Vet - Queens Park.

We recently moved from Village Vet in Kensal Rise to their branch in Queens Park as it is near to us. The Village Vet in Queens Park is excellent, starting from the Receptionist who is very courteous, polite and professional. The team of Vet is amazing. The appointment is always on time. The practice is clean and there is separate small area for the cat as well which is good as I have a nervous cat. Plus they have dedicated parking slots for customer too. They have dealt with my insurance claim swiftly too. I highly recommend this Practice

I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Can’t thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything you’ve done then and today. Can’t recommend you guys enough. Rachel

We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. Great service all round!

We we referred to another practice by our vets and it was appalling. Pushy vets demanding extra treatment on our poorly cat who just needed a CT scan so we could see what was happening and plan her surgery. This other vets tried to charge us £3000 and wouldn’t budge and we wouldn’t have been able to afford her much needed surgery, so we took the cat and left. It was very stressful. I found Streatham Hill via google and called up and it was a 5* experience from start to finish. The call center lady Yolida sorted everything out for me within five mins and we booked a CT scan for the next day. She was very kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. We took our cat in and they did the scan and took care of her well. The lovely vet Mia called me with an update straight away and made she was stable before we picked her up later that day. Now she can potentially have her life saving surgery and have a long life. Something another practice was denying her but luckily I came across Streatham Hill and they are amazing. And all this for less than half the cost the other vets tried to charge me. Thank you to Streatham Hill who genuinely care about animals.

Vets who truly care. We adopted our kitty through Mayhew, and needed help with examining her that the all-the-bells-and-whistles pet insurance we carefully chose refused to pay for. After hearing our story, the friendly staff at Mayhew saw to our beautiful fur-ball almost instantly, and did a proper check-up involving anesthesia and x-rays (among other things) completely free of charge, because of our situation. I've been going to this clinic with my cat Ofelia since I moved to London 4 years ago. By far, this is the best veterinaries I have come across. Recently my little one was taken in for surgery. The planning, the follow up, the heartfelt care, all if it splendid. I needed some extra information beforehand and asked to talk to the staff and it was granted. And on the day, the pre-surgery chat with the nurse was so good. The day after, both the veterinary herself and the nurse called, both checking in with medical check list and with real care. These professionals are in it because their hearts are in it. Cannot recommend the clinic highly enough. So glad Ofelia can keep coming back to the Highgate Clinic.
