Fantastic new vet practice in Chartham. Clean and modern facilities and friendly staff. I urgently needed an appointment for my dog but was registered at a different vets. Despite this they gave me an appointment at very short notice. The veterinarian Charlotte was fantastic - she did a thorough examination, explained her observations clearly and gave useful and practical advice. After a stressful few days she really put my mind at ease. A big thank you to the Vet Shack team!

Rob and Rachel are fantastic , caring and make you feel so confident they put the well fare of your pet first. My little Pip gets so excited when we visit. They are the best and I would go nowhere else I recommend Rob and Rachel they make you and your pet feel like part of their wonderful family.

Thank you all so much for providing such an exceptional service to small animals and their anxious owners. What a fantastic effort and achievement you’ve made with your new premises! It is pure relief to know we can rely on you being there for us at times of worry with our beloved and slightly feral/anxious cats. We are soo pleased you’re back doing what you do. You’re the best.

Kind caring staff… Took a litter of 10 puppies in for health checks, microchips and vaccines. Vet Shack could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend. Thankyou
