Had an absolutely amazing Sunday afternoon with friends celebrating friendships and achievements. The Doctor was the best waiter ever ! Hospitable and helpful with food recommendations ! The atmosphere is great and love the energy of the place. I love my burrata the most. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting a great Italian restaurant in the London area !

*I highly recommend you book, its unlikely you will get a walk-in table for dinner and I watched many people try and fail whilst waiting for my table. Also, you aren't guaranteed a space upstairs, it's wherever you're seated on the system so just keep that in mind if you're main motivation is the aesthetics. A nice edition to the Big Mama chain on restaurants . The restaurant is very showy and extravagant to sit in, with a slightly more muted downstairs area which I was seated in. I preferred this as the tables were less squeezed together and it felt more calm with less people in the way trying to get the best pictures. All the staff were kind and helpful and I found the service to be very good, though a slower than I expected, seeing as you have a time limit for your table (we stayed around 30mins longer than the amount we were meant to have). That being said, we still had a 3 course meal and didn't feel rushed at all which was excellent. The food was very good (definitely preferred over Ave Mario where I found the food salty and not well seasoned) though I personally wish there was less items on the menu that were so heavily cheese centred. I had the seafood pasta and the amount of seafood included was decent but not overly generous. Portions in my opinion are good, after finishing my food I was certainly full up. The drinks were good and the seats comfortable. Our bill was around £220 plus service charge for 2 people and we had antipasti to share, a primi (pasta) and a dessert each and 3 alcoholic drinks, mainly being cocktails. Not the cheapest of places but I would recommend for an occasion or a nice treat.

Food was nice but lacking in a bit of substance. There were two prawns in a £36 bowl of pasta and two meatballs in my partners pasta. Service was virtually non-existent and we had to flag our waiter for drinks and they remove the drinks menu each time. They tried to remove my starter which was not finished when they brought our mains and one of the dishes was chipped. Atmosphere is lovely but I wouldn’t return and don’t rate the value for money aspect.

Truly a wonderful restaurant with stellar authentic food. My father spent several years throughout his childhood in Iran and he was overcome with pleasant culinary memories the moment he first took a bite. It seemed almost every dish came with Tahdig which was a great thing as it is to die for. I ordered the Momtaz which came with succulent chicken and Koobideh, both of which were perfectly cooked. We also ordered Shiraz Salad and Mast-I-Khitar, both of which were delicious and cooked the mouth down excellently. If it were summertime, they would be the perfect dishes to get for lunch. One of the greatest meals I’ve had, truly.

We had a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared to perfection. The service was marvelous—attentive, friendly, and thoughtful throughout the evening. We were celebrating my mum’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable by surprising us with a complimentary dessert and tea. It was such a kind and unexpected gesture that added a special touch to our celebration. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a special occasion. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent food and exceptional hospitality

An amazing Authentic Italian restaurant with absolutely delicious food. My favourite is their Pizzas. Their seafood is also very tasty. The atmosphere is like you are sitting in a restaurant in Italy. Francesca the owner is always very welcoming. Its a great place to enjoy great food and nice wine with your friends and family.

The food was so tasty and the vibe of the restaurant was immaculate. Lucky enough we came on match day otherwise it would have been extremely packed! The owners are lively and you can tell that they love providing the best food and service possible. Will be back here for sure!

GO TO THIS PLACE. I can't speak highly enough. The bread on the side with the oil I could literally eat all day with a few bottles of wine. I had the Gnocchi bowl which is very very generous. The calamari and zucchini is exceptionally good. My wife's birthday and they even gave her a complimentary cake. Superb service and a friendly owner. We are definitely going back.

Beautiful fine dining experience obviously. It’s situated at the heart of Mayfair. Very chic Italian! We had an al fresco experience but the tables were super close to each other - even if there wasn’t a pandemic, it would have still felt like people were in your personal space. That said, food was good. Took a bit of time to arrive but arrived hot and nice. Presentation was excellent. Absolute food art. Loved it. The value for money wasn’t great. Think it was over priced for the quality and portions . Good selections of wines though and staff were friendly and professional.

Gorgeous food. Great staff.... wine way over priced. Ive never come across somewhere that a glass of wine is way more exp than a cocktail. Anyways dj played amazing song and all in all was great... i wish there was a seperate bar so you could stay for a drink and listen to the music

One of the best Italians in London. The service is great and the food even better. The melanzane and pizzeta are must have , try the raspberry tarte for dessert and you will not regret it .

fine dining experience was great. Customer service was heavy on experience but the food took a little too long, pasta was wasn’t perfect but other than that everything else was great. Cocktails was average, starter was great, mains was okay, staff was amazing. Blanket and heater was appreciated for outside dining. Staff was entertaining

We keep coming back to cinder for the delicious dishes that burst with flavour. Top quality ingredients shine through and you can't go wrong with anything you order. Highlights are the hispi cabbage and cedar plank salmon. Thoroughly enjoyed the pasta as well which is a new addition to the menu.

Weekday dinner for three: slightly on the pricier end though the food quality was good. The burnt leeks appetizer was really unique and I enjoyed it, the hazel nuts served together provided a really refreshing note atop the very savory base. The ceviche dish was kind of average, not a fan of ceviche in general. The glazed duck with the Asian inspired chili sauce was good. I am visiting from Singapore and I must say I enjoyed the chili sauce and Asian flair together with the duck, it complemented well. It was also nice getting a bit of an Asian style fermented chili dressing with the steak, great way to season it. The salmon was cooked perfectly, and very refreshing with the cured cucumber.

The food here is fantastic - high-quality fresh ingredients, charcoal oven grilled. The style of cooking is flavourful and unpretentious. We had our NYE party at the Speakeasy downstairs and it was perfect. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

An old school restaurant for a special occasion. Delicious food, amazing attentive service. A decor that hasn't changed probably since 1975. It was expensive but packed with people. They must be doing a lot right!

I've been going to this restaurant for over 25 years and the standard has been consistently excellent. I love the traditional layout and the warm ambience. The same family has owned the restaurant, and I've grown up with them. My only recommendation is to turn up hungry - the 3 course meal with unlimited sides will leave you very full. Every dish is a delight, but just like a child I wait to hear the specials like I'm anticipating Christmas! My favourite is always the dessert where Neil is on hand to bring out the surprises. Fabulous restaurant for everyone of all ages - I should know I've been going since I was a teenager and this week I took my children with me!

If I were to offer a single piece of advice to anyone planning to dine at Oslo Court, it would be to arrive with a hearty appetite. From the moment you enter the building, you feel welcomed in the warm atmosphere; friendly staff taking your coats, and directing you to your table which has a plethora of crudites, garlic dip and slices of melba toast to start up your appetite. The staff at Oslo court make your dining experience one to never forget. They are attentive to all of your needs and bring requested items such as a new napkin straight away. The specials are recited, and recommendations are given. You are made to feel like royalty, with the side dishes being personally placed on your side plate- and plentiful portions must I add. When it comes to clearing up, the process is extremely slick; within 2 minutes, all the plates are whisked away and a member of staff uses a crumb cleaner device to ensure your table is as fresh as it was when you arrived. Onto the main moment- the food. To start, I had the French Onion soup which was so rich with flavour I couldn’t believe it. A mini crouton and cheese was offered to elevate the dish even further. For the main course, I had spaghetti with tomato sauce- simple but delectable. However, my main focus was on the side dishes: triple cooked chips, sauteed potatoes, and best of all, cauliflower cheese. I can safely say that it was the best cauliflower cheese I have had to date; perfectly cheesy, large pieces of cauliflower and fine breadcrumbs to top it off. Other members of my party indulged in creamy spinach and peas which went down quickly. My favourite moment of the evening was dessert- and I was so looking forward to it. I can safely say that my treat of choice exceeded my expectations: raspberry tart, filled with chantilly cream, covered with sweet raspberries encased in a biscuit base. I am a lover of cream desserts, and the fact that this tart was 70% cream made me so happy. The scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side was very refreshing and was one of the nicest vanilla ice creams I have had. The dessert waiter Neil made our experience fun and enjoyable with his funny comments and recommendations! To end the meal off- even though we were extremely full at this point- multiple plates of individually wrapped praline chocolates and nougat, with cups of hot drinks were provided, which really added that extra special touch that you don’t receive at other restaurants. As we were attending Oslo Court for a birthday, a jolly happy birthday was sung, accompanied by an enormous cream cake which we took home and will be enjoyed at a later date- we are still full up from our meal! The uniqueness of Oslo Court, being its retro 70’s decor or its excellent food and service, makes it a ‘must go to’ restaurant for anyone who likes to indulge in splendid culinary experiences. I do hope to be back soon!

Oslo court is our go to restaurant for celebrations, anniversaries and birthday days, and it seems to be everyone else's too, as there's always at least 4 times the waiters all sing happy birthday. The staff are simply fabulous, nothing is too much trouble. The food is outstanding. Yes it is very pink and yes it's like a trip to a bygone era, but you'll love it! everyone does. The meal is a fixed price menu with starters such as Coquille St Jacques and lobster cocktail to be followed by steak Diane or Dover sole. And as always they save the best to last. Neil the dessert waiter is the most camp, the most nutty and the most wonderful person and he always saves his last creme brulé for you. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Cozy and classy, with a touch of hippie. Highly recommended for a unique blend of delicious food, don't expect the usual bacon sarnie. Great atmosphere with a bakery out front, highly recommended.

The food are authentic and nice compared to the price. We ordered 8 dishes including paella and a bottle of wine and it’s only 40 gbp per person, better book in advance. Sometimes it gets a bit busy at night. Mushroom is a must. It’s is super tasty believe it or not.

What a lovely and authentic place, we LOVED the food and the service! Don Peppe is an amazing, it’s worth going to eat here just to meet him :). Most authentic tapas in London! Food - specially the tapas selection is amazing!

“Excellent Indian food - portions aren’t very big but the flavors are spot on. Love the laziz pasanda, the bhindi achari,...”
Rating: 5 / 5
We wanted to visit Ritu for a while due to its high ratings, however last minute booking for a group of 6 never worked out because the restaurant is fairly small and popular. Finally we got lucky and managed to book a table to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant lives up to its reputation (and our expectations) - small and cozy, quiet, with polite service and good quality food. Things to keep in mind: * book in advance - the place is popular * fairly compact layout - there is no room for running around * reasonable, but not enormous, selection of options * relatively pricey (£300 for 6 people having mains and several starters, without alcohol) We enjoyed our visit - thank you!

HALAL STATUS: Fully Halal food menu (duck subject to availability (phone ahead); prepped & cooked separately) • Alcohol served. Ritu certainly put the 'seasons' of India into its new tasting menu, which offered enough quality and variety to make our first visit to this restaurant a truly memorable one. Muslim Head Chef Shoeb Haider churned out one quality dish after another, with some we'd never had before, such as Ritu's version of a Pasanda, and the Gajjar Ka Halwa Strudel; and others we're not going to be forgetting in a hurry, with one or two that'll probably be in the offing for our end of year awards. With a solid 4.5/5 rating, there's plenty to admire here, with many more intriguing dishes worth revisiting for. Respect to Ritu!

Thank you so much for the wonderful experience at your restaurant. I recently visited from Korea, and I was impressed by the delicious food and excellent service. The staff were all so friendly, which made my visit even more memorable. I accidentally left my phone behind after finishing my meal, but your team took good care of it. Your restaurant has left me with fond memories, and if I ever visit the UK again, I will definitely revisit. The food and service were exceptional. If you're reading this, thank you once again for looking after my phone.

Delicious cocktails and pasta. The pistachio and burrata rigatoni was my favourite. Generous portions sizes and really unique flavour and texture combinations. My only criticism would be that the carbonara was rather too oily and salty for my taste.
Rating: 5 / 5
Great Italian place that focus on pasta. Everything we had was very tasty and totally worth coming back to. The pistachio pasta was unique and we enjoyed it a lot. The place is welcoming, neighbourhood, local ambiance. Worth the trip for sure even if you aren’t local. Highly recommended!
