I had the lovely Marcus come and help with a leak. Was great service and great guy. Will definitely be using them again for our bathroom.

Marcus is a miracle worker. He managed to get the last 3 screws (in the country) to get my old Suprima boiler running again. Friendly and easy to work with, arrived on time and has great communication! Will be using him again for future plumbing needs. Thank you! Also very good pricing.

Called on Friday to ask advice re a job on our boiler and he popped in the same day to look at it and then quoted a reasonable price by the end of the day. Completed job 2 working days later and has done a really neat job. Nice guy to deal with and left everything clean and tidy. Will defo use again when needed.

I booked my boiler service with Chris (like last year) and asked if he could fit a new tap in my kitchen too. Tap fitted, boiler serviced, fault found and rectified all in the same day. Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. They responded really quickly as it was a leak and also kept us informed when they were running slightly late on the day of the repair. I’ve recently had two separate plumbing issues (the joys of moving house include inheriting the previous owners bodge jobs) and TaP have attended in a timely fashion, fixed the problems quickly, professionally and have made sure that everything is 100% secure and sorted before leaving. Sam replaced my old and dated shower enclosure which required stripping back to the wall timber, dry lining and tiling along with the fitting of shower tray and doors. Along the way Sam identified two small leaks and a problem with the waste which he also resolved as part of the job. Price charged was as quoted. All rubbish cleared was by Sam, and there was a lot ! So pleased with the finished job. Thanks again Sam.

I picked Steve because he was top of checkatrade. He is very quick at diagnosing and correcting problems. His charges are fair, transparent and combined with speed, excellent value for money. He is very straight talking and professional. Probably the best plumber I have come across in 25 years. The only problem- he is busy and you have to be prepared to wait for a slot.

The engineers, Ben and Connor were very courteous and the workmanship of the highest standard: neatest hole through wall I have ever seen. All tested thoroughly before leaving. Pretty good service we had an oil boiler installed had a Few problem with the boiler not total energy fault but they sorted Pretty quickly. My only gripe is total energy have no emergency call out. So like us if something goes wrong at night or the weekend you have to call someone else out. So be prepared for this. Total energy you need to introduce a call out engineer.

Total Energy Services have carried out various works for me including oil boiler servicing and emergency work to clear a blockage in my hot water system. Total Energy serviced our boiler last year and couldn’t fault the service. Today after having a smart meter fitted by another company they found a gas leak and shut us off. I contacted the office and spoke to Matt who arranged for an engineer to pop over to have a look. The engineer managed to fix the problem and got us back up and running. Apologies I didn’t catch his name. Really appreciated, especially as it was late on a Friday afternoon when they were supposed to be finishing. 100% recommend. Excellent service and friendly staff

We had a leak on our cylinder that was very dated and Simon was able to come at short notice to check it out and gave us several options for the repair, we decided to upgrade the system which required working in the loft for quite some time. Simon refitted a new cylinder on his time off within a few days, he kept us updated on the progress, he was really helpful and honest about the results we would get in various places in the house. We are very happy with all that has been fitted, there is a huge difference in pressure with our hot water within the whole house and no more noisy pumping system on the first floor, it is above expectations! We hardly knew he was there whilst doing the work. We strongly recommend his services and will definitely contact him again for any future work
