Darren was a delight from start to finish. He did the job as discussed and was incredibly honest about another job he could have completed but told us it’d be far more cost effective for us to do it ourselves, which I believe is always sign of a great tradesperson. Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!
