I highly recommend EPRLocksmith. After an over 24hr frustration of locking ourselves outside the flat, we tried getting quotations from others whose prices were just too high, unreasonable and too much needs. I then reached out to EPRLocksmith who had once helped me when I had locked the car keys inside. He quickly picked his call and came to our rescue within 15min. All he asked for was for us to send him the pic of our lock, which i did. He was very friendly and polite. Our problem was sorted within 3 minutes and his charge was very very fair and manageable comparing to what we were getting before. I would again and again chose his service and we so much appreciate.

I had a key bolt that wouldn’t unlock and key was stuck inside lock. I rang Lucian to arrange a time for him to come around and fix it, he was on time and drilled out the broken lock. Had a replacement in his van and fitted it, in no time! Great service! Would definitely use again 👍

Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.

Phoned this company out of hours due to being locked out of our house. The man who answered the phone was so polite, and contacted the locksmith immediately. Within 20 minutes, Cameron came to our house and fixed the problem in seconds! Such a nice chap, easy to talk to, and so eager to help despite the odd time. He also made sure to take the extra steps needed to confirm that you definitely are the homeowner before starting the job. You could immediately notice that he was confident and skilled in his craft, made it look so easy. Competitively priced, and fast. The team came out to me after midnight when I unexpectedly could not turn the lock and therefore secure my back patio doors. After an hour of trying different things, I called Rockhopper. I’ve never had to call out a Locksmith before and so I went onto google and found the closest ones to me. It’s worth saying that I called 8 other, supposed 24/7 emergency locksmith’s and none answered. Rockhopper were 9th on my list and thankfully answered! He was here when he said he'd be and did exactly what he said he would, supplying quality materials and good advice at the pre-agreed price. He even took the time to do something we hadn't asked him to do whilst he was here for no extra charge. Excellent stuff all round and highly recommend.
