I locked myself out of the apartment. When I called Thames Locksmith, they were very helpful and understood the situation. They arrived within 30 minutes of my call although it was Easter weekend. Called Thames Locksmiths and spoke to Neil. Phoned this company out of hours due to being locked out of our house. The man who answered the phone was so polite, and contacted the locksmith immediately. Within 20 minutes, Cameron came to our house and fixed the problem in seconds! Such a nice chap, easy to talk to, and so eager to help despite the odd time. The team came out to me after midnight when I unexpectedly could not turn the lock and therefore secure my back patio doors. After an hour of trying different things, I called Rockhopper. I’ve never had to call out a Locksmith before and so I went onto google and found the closest ones to me. It’s worth saying that I called 8 other, supposed 24/7 emergency locksmith’s and none answered. Rockhopper were 9th on my list and thankfully answered!
