Had a new strap fitted on a vintage watch - lots of options to pick from with fast and friendly service. The whole thing was completed in under 10 mins whilst I waited - would recommend!
My favorite and trusted black boots finally gave in not only to a tear along the heel seam but very worn and uneven soles. In addition to being my favorite they have a lot of sentimental value (they were my first purchase after getting a job out of grad school and one of the few pairs of shoes I brought with me in when I moved from france). The team not only went above and beyond to sew the tear, coming up with a creative, lasting, and barely noticeable solution but they buffed and cleaned them! I will now be coming back to bring all my beloved boots.
I got my watch strap repaired here after it broke. Such lovely, friendly service and my watch is now as good as new! I would definitely recommend this great shop!
I recently visited the shop to get a copy of my house keys made. Unfortunately, the first copy I received didn’t work when I tried it at home. I returned the next day, a bit concerned, but the owner was incredibly kind and professional. He apologized for the inconvenience and quickly made me a new copy, free of charge. The second key worked perfectly!
