Called about difficulty locking UPVC door, gave a time and arrived at that time. Pleasant to deal with and mindful of the house with regards to boots, cracked straight on, identified the problem and fixed it with spares he was carrying. Also took time to look at a window problem for us despite being unrelated to the original call. Given it was a short notice call-out bill was very reasonable. Will use again if required.

Absolutely fantastic service from Roman! After losing both my keys, I was hitting dead ends with multiple companies—especially since my car is an older SsangYong. Just when I was about to give up, I found Roman’s company, and I’m so glad I did! He was out to me the very next day and worked tirelessly to cut and program two new keys, even with the challenges of my vehicle; honestly, I wouldn’t have blamed him for giving up on it, but he stuck with it and got the job done. On top of that, my battery had gone flat from sitting for a week and he jump-started it to get me back on the road. All that, and still half the price of just one key from the dealer! Friendly, professional, and genuinely goes the extra mile—highly recommend!

Fantastic, speedy service from Brian. I called him regarding a snapped key stuck in an external door lock on a Sunday afternoon. My call was picked up straight away and he arrived at my house promptly. A new lock was fitted and he even sorted out a faulty window hinge at no extra cost, with useful advice given. Steve came out within an hour of calling him, as an emergency, I had managed to lock myself out of my house, the keys being on the inside! This would be not a straight forward job taking two hrs,which he did everything to try to save the lock but eventually had to give in and drill the lock out. Excellent service, highly recommended! I called Steve after locking my garage keys inside. I arranged for Steve to come out and fix the garage door within a couple of days. Steve replaced the old locks as we only had one key, and it made sense since it was an old lock; getting replacement keys had been an issue with Timpson. Steve did an excellent job; he's a really nice chap, with great communication. He was timely and arrived when he said he would. I called on Steve of Swift Security Systems this week as my back door wouldn't lock. He came highly recommended from a neighbour. On phoning him, his first question was if I needed to go out, luckily I didnt. He came within a couple of hours. Very promptly knew what the fault was, hadnt got the spare part I needed, so it had to be ordered. But he was able to fit a temporary lock so I could lock my door. Such a lovely person, so knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him, just the person you need when in such a stressful situation.

We used Steve to change the locks on our last two house moves, he is professional, thorough, responds quickly and arrives on-time. He took care to get the right colour products that would match our existing door furniture (which were not standard) and when asked, he gave us great recommendations for some additional locks to increase our security. We had a problem with our front door which had gone out of line, causing our locking system to fail with the door stuck and unusable. Sean responded to an email on a Sunday evening saying he could come the following afternoon. True to his word, he came after a full day's work elsewhere and not only resolved our problem but improved the locking system based on our specific needs.
