I locked my keys in my van tonight. I found Ian on google and gave him a call. He came out within the hour and got me back on the road. He was very professional and reasonable priced. Hopefully I don’t lock my keys in the van again but if I do, I know who to call. Thanks Ian

Had a problem with my patio doors locking; Ian answered promptly and was able to come later the same day, he rectified the issue swiftly so they were working again. Efficient, professional and polite, would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Ian. Called him at 1905hrs on a Sat evening, he arrived within 15 mins and completed the job within the hour. All secure again, would highly recommend using him.

After being unable to unlock a rear upvc door due to a mechanism failure, we called Lock Matters to help gain entry. He arrived within the time stated and immediately unlocked the door, assessed the problem and was able to replace the gearbox assembly as he had stock of the item in his van. He also replaced the euro cylinder and made adjustments to the hinges to provide a door that is not only now fixed, but closes much more smoothly. He was very efficient, courteous and did a fantastic job. Very reasonable price too.
We highly recommend his services.
