Communication was great and was able to get a time sorted to get my car open same day. My car battery was completely dead, and manual lock wasn't connected so key didn't work at all! Was able to access my car with no damage, and even fixed/connected my manual locking mechanism for me so key actually works now 😅 and got my battery started. Professional, friendly, and got the job done. Highly recommend 👌

James was very helpful throughout the whole process of fitting security locks to my van. He advised on a solution and communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Craig fitted the locks to a very high standard, he is a perfectionist.

James was recommended to me by a separate locksmith who was unable to help us. He was polite and responsive right from first contact and did all he could to resolve same day, although we couldn’t quite make that happen. He went out of his way to get to us first thing the next day, resolved the challenge in twenty minutes AND came to pick me up to drive me to the car. Overall just an excellent experience and I really wish all trades were this good.
