Called Warren and within a few hours he attended my house and quickly and expertly popped open my French doors without any damage, changed the entire lock mechanism and changed 2 locking barrels, all for a very reasonable and fair price. I felt at ease at all times and Warren didn’t try to push any extras that weren’t needed. A very professional and genuine man from a local family run business, who I can’t rate highly enough. No hesitation in using him again.

He came early (Sweettt). My front door is new so we decided on the back. He did his thang even though my back door had the key in. Few minutes and he was done. Warren was absolutely brilliant! Called him up and he was with me within 30mins. He tried all he could to open up my door without having to drill it, but unfortunately as i live on a new build estate my door was incredibly hard to open without doing so!
