Searched Google and Called him. Sent him a text with address and he came in 25mins. Tried and tried because a key was stuck inside the lock and we couldn't open from outside. He later advised that he couldn't do it after spending 25mins. He advised to drill the key and change the lock. I was concerned about this because it was the original lock. We negotiated prices. He was honest about the pricing and said he would give a medium lock.i refused as it was the main door of the house He changed the cylinder of the lock not the main handles. Gave me new keys. I paid £120 in total. Quite pricey but I am sure would have cost more with others He didn't like me asking too many questions either. 😂 He gave a 1year guarantee and asked that I call him if any issues Anyways he did his best. Satisfied customer and happy. Pros Arrived in time Was honest Did the job. Cons I spent my money 😆
