Highly recommend! We had an emergency with our front door and they were here within the hour (on a Friday afternoon). Our front door was secured and a part was needing to be ordered which came today and was fitted (Tuesday). We only paid once the job was completed and the price was excellent. The job was done really professionally and Ray was really polite. What a fantastic service!

Fantastic service!! I had multiple issues which meant they needed to come and have a look to quote. Was worried that meant a hard sell once here… couldn't have been more wrong. Ray came out, investigated everything, talked me through every aspect of the works required, including the price, then offered to do it whenever was convenient - there and then if I wanted it (albeit one aspect needed a part, so a return visit was needed regardless). The price was really fair and when he came to do the work he actually went above and beyond to make the property as secure as he possibly could - including resolving an issue I hadn’t been aware of, for no extra charge. Would use again and thoroughly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Ray and Phil. We live locally, and needed to upgrade a back door lock. Ray helped out with passing suggestions on locks, as well as tightening up the double glazed door. We now have a newly fitted lock and a door that shuts without any crunching. Ray was great, called him up in the morning and he came out early the next day and changed my locks straight away. No fuss, gave a full quote before starting, did a neat job in just under 10 minutes and was very friendly. Recommend!
