Available immediately to help me after I locked myself and kids out. Identified that my front door would be too expensive to replace so quickly found an alternative entry point. Was back in my home in 30 minutes with a new lock for a reasonable price (given the call out nature). Can't comment on the longevity of the lock as it hasn't been used too much but will update review if any problems, not that I am anticipating anything.

Called on a Sunday morning and round in 15 mins, had the lock out and new one in, just 1 hour. Very fast and very friendly, he had to order sum new parts he keep me in the know if won’t was going on 👍. Came back on Friday and was all done in 30 mins door is working batter now then it was new. 👍
