Excellent service from Deniss! I managed to get locked inside my room. Rang a few places and Deniss was the only one who was generally helpful. He came so quick and was such a lovely gentleman. Hopefully I won’t have any lock issues in the future but if I do, I have saved his number and will only ever use Deniss’s services! Couldn’t recommend him enough 😊 Thank you again Deniss 😊

We had a key snapped inside the front door. I contacted a few emergency locksmiths and this one seemed reasonable in price. Andrew came within the expected time and he went above and beyond in repairing the job. I was really impressed with the service and their honesty, I had attempted to fix the problem myself before contacting them. Andrew showed me what I had done wrong and tips on what I should do in future. I took some business cards from him to share with others in future. Highly recommended service

Very impressed with these guys! Asked for a quote at 9pm was answered right away and new key fob was cut and programmed by 11am the next morning! And at a fraction of the cost that the Dealership was asking for. Also the added bonus is that they come to you wherever you are! Brilliant!! Definitely recommend. Fob working perfectly 👌

Called Andrew out early on Bank Holiday Monday morning, and he was brilliant from start to finish. Arrived within an hour, extremely professional and polite, did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price! Couldn’t recommend him enough.

Andy was an absolute lifesaver for my girlfriend after she had locked herself out. He came within 10mins even though he had plans on a Friday evening and charged a rate much less than other people who we had called. Cannot thank enough and couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I have used Sure Locks in the past and been completely satisfied so did not hesitate to call them again when my front door would not lock. They responded quickly and did a thorough job, not only mending the lock but also sorting out the alignment of the door which had caused the problem. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Went in to buy a new lock as I had lost the key for mine and it was in multiple pieces, the man said he could fix it for me and cut new keys which I'm sure was much cheaper than me buying a new lock! Very helpful and well priced

Always go here for key cutting. Reasonable and efficient. My front door key is a difficult cut and other locksmiths were unable to do. This locksmith was able to tell me it was an Italian key and cut the key no problem.

It's a shame there isn't 10* stars! What an amazing company, we phoned them out, as we where locked out of our home with 2 toddlers and a newborn! Due to a family member loosing the keys!.. Very pleased with the alarm fitted recently, they arrived exactly on time were very tidy when working and cleared up after themselves. Checked things with me and explained different aspects of the alarm. I would definitely recommend.

Damien was amazing. He worked constantly but had a polite conversation with me throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I just wanted the locks changed but, because my door clunks a bit when the lock turns (which it has always done), he wasn't happy and kept making adjustments until the door locked smoothly. He also fixed my conservatory door for me even though I hadn't called him out for that. I can't say enough about him. I would definitely use this company again, for all my security needs.
