I had an excellent experience getting my brogues repaired from Glenn. He'd gone above and beyond to repair them and was extremely knowledgeable. Excellent customer service, I'll certainly be back and recommend this branch to others.

Glen is amazing at what he does and is very kind, sharp and engaging. I've been here to repair some boot soles that were coming off and Glen helped me repair other parts of the boot that I didn't even realise needed repair. I recently went back to get my watch strap replaced as my old one had snapped and he helped me order a new watch strap and helped to replace it smoothly. Keep up the awesome work Glen! :)
