⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Steven was brilliant. I moved into a new property and needed locks changed, and Steven did an excellent job. The house is now secure and safe. He’s genuine, has a proper website, and the amount finally paid was as expected for the job and as discussed on the phone. I called him and he answered immediately, and arrived at the time he agreed on the phone. His prices were also reasonable. His availability was good too. The thing with Steven is that he actually talks you through what he is doing, why he is doing it, and makes recommendations that are genuinely helpful. He isn’t pushy at all, and is down to earth. I would have no hesitation calling him again for any future jobs, and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone else. I felt calm and safe with him as I have been stung in the past by cowboys, and he was absolutely trustworthy and reliable. He’s talkative and a lovely person too.

Stephen did a great job getting me into my property after the lock failed. He came to the property within 10 minutes of calling him. He is very considerate and will give you an indication of cost up front and talk you through what he is doing and why he is doing it. I am very grateful for his services and would recommend him to anyone- he really knows what he is doing, his service and products are good quality, he provided great additional advice and his pricing is fair. A real gem!

Stephen came to our new home today to change the locks on our doors. What a fabulous guy. He was so approachable and explained everything professionally and wanted me to check I was happy with his work before he left. He tried very hard to work at our patio door but it being an old door and mis alignment it was impossible to fix. I would definitely highly recommend Stephen as he is not overly priced and he does a fantastic job.
