TJ is one in a million! I inadvertently closed my front door while the key was inside and could not open the door from the outside. TJ attended to me in less than 20mins as promised and worked diligently without giving up on the challenge that we faced. He stayed positive and upbeat through out and took my ideas and suggestions without hesitation. In the end he successfully managed to bore through the key barrel and use his expertise to finally prise the door open. After all the effort he made, he gave me a fair price that is well deserved. Don't look any further, TJ is your man!

Was an emergency. Spoke to the guy at 19:30 on a weeknight. Sent him pictures of the locks. He told me the price (which was accurate). Very nice people. Good company.

Excellent service. Came out within 30 mins to fix a jammed bathroom door. Aweth was very fast and professional and honest, unlocking the jam and even creating another hole for our lock (which was never done when we first got the lock fitted lol). Would highly recommend their service.
