Clive arrived very promptly on time. He is very polite and likeable. He checked the doors and windows that were insecure giving options/advice on how to make them more secure. He was very helpful and clearly/fully explained what needed to be done. Clive worked really hard on our old home and made our house more secure than it has ever been. He was the first person we found on Google for our local area and would strongly recommend him to others in need of a locksmith. He is very reliable, kind and helpful as well as skilled. The service will provided was exemplary. Care was taken not to destroy the locks, but to access the property with as less impact to the doors as possible. Additional, I was provided with additional security advice and an installation of a secure key box.
