Front door lock broke and I needed help quite urgently (as locksmith customers tend to). Paul was at my house within an hour, got the door open, replaced the lock with a like-for-like unit, without incurring any damage to the door/frame, and all for a reasonable charge. Couldn’t ask for more.

Locked out at 10-30pm and Paul arrived within 20 mins, refitted faulty lock after trying to make it work. Tried conservative approaches to not replace lock or cause damage but ultimately needed to replace it. Prompt, trustworthy, helpful and clear in his approach and billing. Subsequently we had Paul back to fit another new lock and again his research to find the right lock and breakdown the costs was very helpful.
