I have had two brilliant experiences with this business. Once when we were victims of a burglary and they came quickly to fix our door and add a new lock. Amazing and so understanding and also very reassuring after what was such a scary experience. Secondly, Rob just helped me over the phone- for free- to fix my window which wasn’t closing. I am always grateful for their genuine care and personable treatment. I’ve lived here for 12 years and I’ll always use these guys for all issues that may arise. Thank you Rob and the rest of you! Had a very positive experience with G K - clear outline of what options I had and pricing when talking with the team. On the day, Craig arrived right on time, worked incredibly efficiently, and was polite and friendly to myself and even my neighbours! Would highly recommend for any home security jobs.

I could not be happier with the service from G K Locksmiths, they are easily the best company I have dealt with while renovating my house, if I could award more than 5 stars I would and so I wanted to write them a detailed review! Quote: I spoke to 3 locksmith companies in total, G K Locksmiths quote came in the cheapest, and unprompted they provided the British Standard regulatory numbers to which their locks comply. On top of this, I was getting a thumb-turn installed and had initially planned to have it on the bottom lock of my two lock door, G K locksmiths rang up and explained it would be cheaper to install the thumb-turn on the upper lock as it means I could keep my brass handles and plates on the bottom lock, this saved me nearly £100 despite that being a loss in profit for them! Installation: When it came to installation G K Locksmiths were able to come to my house first-thing at 8.30 am so I could fit in the appointment before going to work and not have to take any time off. Rob, who installed my locks was a really nice, knowledgable, friendly bloke. The lock installation was top quality and Rob even advised me on where to get an extra set of keys cut closer to my house than G K Locksmiths office. As an example of the quality of work Rob provided, even though we were reusing my plates and handles on the bottom lock, he still took them off and straightened them so that they are more aesthitacly pleasing. Finally, I work in green-materials and recycling and when I got chatting to Rob about this he told me that G K Locksmiths recycle all their scrap metal and brass, along with the cardboard and plastic the locks come in which is great to hear! Overall: Great Service, great people, great value for money. Couldnt be happier

Honestly can't fault these guys. Lost my car keys on a Sunday afternoon i called a few places who couldn't come out to me till the Monday afternoon. These guys where with me super fast and got me driving again. The driver kept me updated me on his eta he took no more than 20 minutes to get the job done. Very reasonably priced too.

Wow, what a really good service. The buttons on both my BMW fobs had eventually stopped working though I could still access the car with the keys and start it with the fob against the steering column. I called this company and explained the issue. They said they could help and after due diligence (photo of my ID and proof of car ownership) they sent a technician within 45 minutes. 45 minutes later I had 2 new BMW fobs, programmed and fully working. I was still able to keep the old ones. The cost of both was less than purchasing and having programmed just one from BMW - plus I didn't have to drive to a BMW dealer and wait for hours. I can't rate UK auto locksmith highly enough. Technician was excellent and was happy to explain everything and give me options too.

My faith in customer service is restored. Tior (I think is his name) arrived just as promised, and was really quick to replace the broken key, and more than happy to demonstrate the new key then fully operational. He also told me about opening the drivers door when locked, with the button below the handle which I didn't know was there. My printer broke just recently, and I needed to print some documents for an essential job, and I required their help. With no questions, the staff were very attentive and sympathetic to my plea and printed my documents free of charge. I am truly thankful for their service and utter most kindness.

the fob for my parking area would not work, so i went to Khan’s. Staff super helpful and advised that cloning would not work if my original wouldn’t. i borrowed a neighbours fob and the cloning was done from that in 2-3 minutes. They advised me in advance that it might not work because of the type of fob, they said i’d get a partial refund if it didn’t. Thankfully it did. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism, politeness, honesty and value for money..

Was sceptical at first as you have to pay before they can come out but after speaking with them on the phone i was assured that they were a trusted company. They were here within 20 minutes after completing the payment and Mace did an excellent job of repairing the door handle and lock. Great service with a competitive price. Highly recommended

Perfect service! I required a new lock on the front door after the original broke, I was able to easily arrange a suitable time for the job to be completed with extra keys provided. Mase arrived promptly within the time slot and completed the job to a very high standard, cleaning up previously poorly completed work to improve the aesthetic of the door. Would highly recommend!

Great company! They replied promptly both on the phone and whatsapp. Even if wasn’t an emergency they came out on the same day which is also on a Saturday. Mase has been fantastic, he removed his shoes before coming in and he has been extremely professional and precise. He had to change a lock that wasn’t working and he promptly replaced it with a high quality one. He also filled and retouch any little snagged to the door. He provided two keys a with the locks and told me that of their 6 months warranty period which is a piece of mind. He also took the time to make some adjustments in the other lock that was working but that needed a little tweaking and he has even added a plate in the other lock to match the other one all included in the original price! Five stars because I can’t give more!

They were fabulous! I messaged and arranged for them to come the next day with the price being transparent throughout which is always appreciated. They also were happy to help with an additional spare key that needed to be fixed which was great so I didn’t have to purchase 2 complete new ones. I was kept up to date on arrival time and it was a seamless process from there. They were efficient and quick! Would highly recommend!

Worried that keys had been stolen I contacted Stelios at All City Locksmiths who gave a very reasonable price considering it was a Sunday for a top notch security lock change. He was with me within a couple of hours & did a grand job. Very nice guy & would definitely recommend this company

Completely brilliant and professional set up. The Lock had broken on our iron gate and was welded in. Appointment arranged quickly via WhatsApp. Price competitive. Turned up when promised and the work was carried out efficiently and effectively. And, to top it all off, they use electric/pedal bikes to get round London so are doing their bit for the environment too (and I didn't have to worry about parking permits). 100% recommended.

I was really happy with Ashley from London Locks who offered friendly, honest and informed advice on my lock change having just moved into a new house. He was punctual and carried out the work without mess, damage or delay, changing 3 locks in an hour and a half. He even offered to come back the next day on the way to another local job free of charge to install more options I was considering. The budget was fair and transparent in advance of the job. I would recommend London Locks as a reliable locksmith and will come back to them if I need any work doing.

Brilliant service and very professional A visit was arranged within hours and lock fitted next day. We were given good advice on what was needed and Mark who did the work was efficient and pleasant. I sent them a video of the lock with the issue and they were able to provide a quote immediately. They communicated well, are helpful and their prices are reasonable. Completely different experience from the first locksmith I tried who was extremely rude, refused to provide an upfront quote and who then tried to fleece me for the same replacement part saying it cost 10x more

Really impressed by Jim. He came round to identify the problem (knackered ignition barrel) on my old car with parts therefore obviously harder to come by. 24 hours later he had sourced a part and driven to collect it and had fixed the issue for me. Can't recommend enough and will give his details to anyone in a similar spot to me. Trustworthy, good communication, top bloke!

i was locked out my car 10pm in a petrol station. Called city auto locksmith london and he came immediately, within 30 minutes he was with me and working on accessing the car…. No damage at all and even cut a 2nd key on the spot….. absolutely brilliant service start to finish. Good bunch. Recommended to me by another locksmith (London Locks). Swift service. Very responsive while I couldn't get into my flat and was freaking out. Dave came down with another fella who's name I didn't catch but both were very friendly and got the door open in about 10 minutes. Baring in mind my door is a maximum security multi lock door, this was very impressive. Overall, the procedure to replace the lock took about 45 minutes. Very satisfied with the service and the price (c.£200 - higher than normal since this occurred on a Sunday. However, the fact they made it out within an hour and a half on a Sunday speaks volumes itself!). Cheers lads.
