Thankfully, I came across Johnny the locksmith, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I called, Johnny was polite, professional, and understanding. He reassured me that he could get to me quickly, and true to his word, he arrived in no time at all. I was expecting to be standing outside for ages, but he was there before I knew it. His efficiency and friendly attitude immediately put me at ease. Once he arrived, he got straight to work and had my door open in minutes, without causing any damage. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing—true professionalism at its best. He also took the time to explain what had happened and even gave me a few tips to avoid getting locked out again. One thing that really stood out was how reasonably priced his service was. I was worried I’d be hit with an extortionate late-night call-out fee, but Johnny was very fair and upfront about the cost, with no hidden charges.
