Fantastic service all round from Josh (aka 'The Doughnut' as he proudly told me his nickname was during our conversation). Took my watch in for a strap repair and Josh was friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
Amazing customer service, I went to make the strap of my new watch smaller and the guy who helped me was great and very fast. I will definitely come back since it is 10 minutes from my work.
