I have called out Callow on 4 separate occasions and never had a bad experience. They respond quickly, the service is friendly and efficient and you are never overcharged. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Helped me out a jam when the lock on our door broke closed. Up front about the price before attending and came round promptly. Job turned out to be a little tricky but stuck to the original price quoted which was appreciated. Professional and easy to deal with, would definitely recommend.

Ended up getting in touch with Callow after a more local locksmith let us down for a non urgent change of door locks. Appointment within a week, and when they were unexpectedly able to visit earlier in the day they rang to check if it would suit me better. Very happy indeed with the service, which was great, and for a fair price
