We used Lock & Key due to an emergency with our door. They were clear about their pricing from the initial call. Arrived really quickly, they were polite and knowledgeable. We had a slightly tricky case and John was diligent about getting everything sorted. I'd recommend them.
We’ve contacted John twice for different issues. The first time we were locked out the house and he went to extensive lengths to access the property via the back door (climbing over our high fence!). We had just got back from holiday and he honestly saved us! The second was when our key had got stuck in our back door due to heat. We’d had ongoing problems with this door, and not only did he replace the lock with a new set of keys, but he readjusted our frame as he believed that’s where the problem lay. Now our door works brilliantly (it had been faulty since we moved in last year), and our new lock is much more sturdy. He is always very quick to arrive and efficient and clearly brilliant and very knowledgeable in his job. He’s relentlessly calm and kind and highly recommend him for all your locksmith needs. I first met John during a pre-arranged appointment to change the locks when I moved into my new home. Less than a week later, I found myself locked out and called him for an emergency. On both occasions, John was exceptional—communicative, prompt, and incredibly friendly. He also provided valuable advice that I truly appreciated. His professionalism and reliability have been excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of locksmith services.
I broke my key off in the lock the this morning. Made a quick call to this locksmith and then went and got a cup of coffee. I was sat in my house before I finished the coffee! Couldn’t recommend more!
