We’ve contacted John twice for different issues. The first time we were locked out the house and he went to extensive lengths to access the property via the back door (climbing over our high fence!). We had just got back from holiday and he honestly saved us! The second was when our key had got stuck in our back door due to heat. We’d had ongoing problems with this door, and not only did he replace the lock with a new set of keys, but he readjusted our frame as he believed that’s where the problem lay. Now our door works brilliantly (it had been faulty since we moved in last year), and our new lock is much more sturdy. I broke my key off in the lock the this morning. Made a quick call to this locksmith and then went and got a cup of coffee. I was sat in my house before I finished the coffee! Couldn’t recommend more!
