Ended up getting in touch with Callow after a more local locksmith let us down for a non urgent change of door locks. Appointment within a week, and when they were unexpectedly able to visit earlier in the day they rang to check if it would suit me better. Helped me out a jam when the lock on our door broke closed. Up front about the price before attending and came round promptly. Job turned out to be a little tricky but stuck to the original price quoted which was appreciated. Professional and easy to deal with, would definitely recommend.
